457 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 457 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 457 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 457 platform.
These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and 457 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The 457 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in your location.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 457 services, you are required to register and create a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 457 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents where necessary. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 457 immediately through our support channels.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 457 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Cheating, deceiving, or manipulating the platform's betting or payment systems in any way.
- Collecting or storing other users' personal information without their consent.
457 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice where a serious violation is detected.

4. Payment & MYR Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 457 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information you provide is accurate and valid. 457 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate payment information.
Successful deposits are credited to your account balance and can be used for wagering on the platform. Withdrawal of winnings is processed in accordance with the procedures and timeframes set for the selected payment method. 457 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.
457 reserves the right to cancel or withhold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. In such cases, the relevant balance may be frozen while an investigation is carried out. Users will be notified via email regarding any action taken.
Promotions, bonuses, and special offers made available to users are subject to additional terms stated separately. Misuse of bonuses or promotions constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in cancellation of the bonus and suspension of the account.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 457 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 457 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or fully meet user expectations. Service interruptions due to technical maintenance or circumstances beyond our control may occur from time to time.
457 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of anticipated profits, data, or business opportunities, even if 457 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Account Suspension & Closure
457 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to comply with identity verification requests, or at the direction of the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach, the remaining balance may be restricted pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 457 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the established withdrawal procedures.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 457 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 457 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 457.
Third-Party Links
The 457 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. 457 does not control the content of those third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Access to third-party websites is at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
457 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notices or email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under the prevailing law.
