We do not use your information for purposes beyond what is stated here without your prior consent.

3. Cookies & Tracking

The 457 platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. Cookies are small data files stored on your device when you visit our platform.

We use two types of cookies:

  • Session Cookies: Stored temporarily during an active user session and deleted automatically when the browser is closed. Used to maintain login status and session settings.
  • Persistent Cookies: Stored on your device for a longer period to remember your preferences and enhance your experience on future visits.

You can manage cookie settings through your browser. Please note, however, that disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

4. Data Storage & Security

The security of your personal information is a top priority for the 457 platform. We implement a range of technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

  • All data transmissions are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, ensuring that information cannot be read by unauthorised parties while in transit.
  • User passwords are stored in encrypted format using modern hashing algorithms. We do not store passwords in plain text.
  • Access to the user database is restricted to authorised personnel only, with a multi-layered authentication system in place.
  • We conduct regular security audits to identify and address any system vulnerabilities.

While we take every reasonable precaution, no system can guarantee absolute security. We encourage users to also take personal protective measures, such as using strong passwords and keeping login credentials confidential.

5. Sharing Information with Third Parties

457 does not sell, rent, or disclose users' personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. However, we may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We work with third-party service providers who assist in operating platform functions such as payment processing and technical support. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or direction from a lawful authority.
  • Rights Protection: In cases where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of 457, our users, or the general public.

In all data-sharing situations, we ensure that only the minimum necessary information is disclosed, and all recipients are bound by equivalent data protection obligations.
